FOOD + DRINK
Tiki drinks are always appropriate year-round, but seem even more necessary during the chilly winter months. This Saturday afternoon, head over to one of Kendall Square’s most innovative restaurants, Cafe Artscience for the ultimate cocktail class.
Todd Maul, partner and bar director of Cafe Artscience will lead a Tiki 101 class, complete with tiki history, tiki cocktail theory (yes, that’s a thing), complimentary bar snacks, a flight of rum, as well as the recipe to one of Paul’s preferred tiki drinks.
