The holiday season wouldn’t be complete without seeing The Christmas Revels! This year’s celebration will take the audience to the Venetian Celebration of the Winter Solstice. The Christmas Revels is THE perfect holiday treat for the entire family!
The beloved holiday tradition will open this Friday night at Sanders Theatre and will play until December 27, which means you’ll have plenty of chances to catch the show if you are unable to see it this weekend.

The 12th Annual Kendall Square Holiday on Ice is back for another magical year. This free performance is presented by Frozen Frog Productions, and we promise it will get you in the holiday spirit! Featuring both local and international competitors as well as world-class professional figure skaters. This year’s performance will feature intrepid snowmen as they travel across the globe for a high-energy world dance party!
In case you are inspired by the pros and want to show off your triple axel, there will be free admission to skate all day! This event is the perfect Saturday afternoon treat that everyone will enjoy.
See it: The rink opens at 11a and the show will promptly begin at 2p
HOLIDAY + FESTIVAL
Mark your calendars for a deliciously fun event in Harvard Square on December 9th. Head into Harvard Square this Saturday for one of our favorite holiday traditions, the Everyone Loves Latkes Party. At this free festival, Latkes lovers will enjoy complimentary latkes from local restaurants complete with deliciously exciting dipping sauces with a selection of jelly donuts for dessert, courtesy of Dunkin Donuts.

You do not want to miss out on the 19th annual performance of 12 Dancers Dancing… Christmas in Cambridge at the Dance Complex this Saturday and Sunday night. The quirky performance features new dance pieces by nineteen Boston-based dance companies, complete with original choreography, a sweeping array of dance styles and inspiring performances that are sure to awe.
If the dazzling dancing wasn’t enough to put you in the holiday spirit, bring a new, unwrapped toy with you to the performance and receive the joy of giving and $1 off of your ticket.

If you’re looking for completely unique gifts this holiday season, we highly suggest attending the Cultural Survival Bazaar at Cambridge Rindge and Latin this weekend. You’ll find both locally crafted, unique specialty gifts and cultural items that can’t be found anywhere else. In addition to specialty gifts that you'll find at the Cultural Bazaar, you'll also be treated to a variety of cultural performances, live music, and presentations.

Santa must love being treated like royalty because he seems to frequent the Royal Sonesta Hotel every year!
