Inchu is an Asian eatery that allows customers to be their own chef, making customizable bowls like Korean bibimbaps, Japanese donburi, Vietnamese bahn mi, or a Thai pad krapow. What started as a pandemic passion project for Chef Nina Festekijan and long time collaborator Aleks Bakhrakh, InChu quickly evolved from ghost kitchen to pop-up, to fast and affordable bowl dining that sends diners’ taste buds to Asia.
