Cambridge Center Roof Garden

An actual secret garden! Go to the parking garage at 4 Cambridge Center and follow the signs to a lovely green oasis with an excellent view of the city.

SUMMER EVENTS:

• Join the Kendall Center Roof Garden every Wednesday, April to November (weather permitting) from 12p-1p with the Green City Growers to learn more about gardening!

• Join us this summer with our favorite Chef Joe Gatto as he hosts the 3rd annual cooking demonstration & tasting on the Kendall Square Roof Garden. Chef Joe Gatto will be incorporating garden ingredients found on the Kendall Square Roof Garden from Green City Growers and how to use them in everyday cooking. Classes will take place on the below dates from 6PM-7PM. All ticketed attendees will receive one complimentary alcoholic beverage made by Champions bartenders to pair with the tasting. If inclement weather occurs, the class will be rescheduled in September. All attendees must be 21 or older to attend. Register here to attend.

Cooking Demonstration Schedule:

August 1:Grilled Watermelon Salad with feta, mint and balsamic dressing. Flank steak taco with a kohlrabi, carrot, purple cabbage slaw– corn tortillas on grill.

August 8:Grilled corn and black bean salad with lime cumin dressing. Lettuce Thai wrap with chicken, topped with grilled leeks, cilantro, and peanut sauce.

August 22:Grilled bruschetta- charred tomatoes/ garlic rub with fresh basil. Charred Vegetable salad – with lemon herb dressing.

August 29:Pickled serranos and red onion. Grilled Citrus Fish tacos –with shredded carrot and pickled onion/jalapeno slaw with lime and cilantro. Spiced flour tortillas on baking steel.
