The delicious Dumpling Festival returns to the Central Flea this Sunday. Trust us when we say that you will not want to miss one of Central Square’s most beloved traditions in honor of Joyce Chen, the Dumpling Festival.
Joyce Chen is credited with popularizing northern-style Chinese cuisine in the United States, the patent holder of the stir-fry pan and the first person to bottle Chinese stir-fry sauce in the U.S market.
