Campfire Festival | September 1-4
Although this next event may have only started out as a way to fill time slots on a historically “bad weekend” it has become a must-see and do tradition during the Labor Day Weekend at Club Passim!
Labor Day weekend is much more exciting with Club Passim’s Campfire Festival. Purchase a weekend or day pass to gain access to seriously talented artists over the course of a very musical 4 days. We promise you won’t be sad about the unofficial end of summer while listening to great music at the Campfire Festival.

Bread and Puppet Theater | September 3
If you’re looking for something fun the entire family can enjoy this weekend, look no further than a performance by the Bread & Puppet Theater.
See the award-winning theater company perform outside on the Cambridge Common Park in Harvard Square for a free (yes, free!) performance of “Whatforward Circus.”
In the event of rain, you can catch the performance inside at the First Parish Church.

CAMBRIDGE CARNIVAL | SEPTEMBER 11
You’ll definitely want to mark your calendars for this next event, the Cambridge Carnival! The Cambridge Carnival will take place for the 25th year on September 10th in Kendall Square and is a must-see event.
The Cambridge Carnival is a celebration deeply rooted in African traditions and happens to be one of the largest festivals in Cambridge.
Heralded as a local institution, The Cambridge Carnival starts off with a grand costume parade complete with rich rhythmic musicality promoting all types of cultures. You’ll watch revelers masquerade through the streets, savor international foods and have the unique opportunity to purchase multicultural crafts from around the world.
