Weekend Guide: April 6-8
Thu Apr 5, 2018
Spend the weekend in Cambridge with our top four events to welcome spring. We’ve even included two events to add to your spring calendar.
Start your weekend off laughing this Friday at Central Square’s ImprovBoston. Game. Set. Match pits members of the ImprovBoston National Touring Company against each other through a series of improv games and the audience votes to see who wins. We can’t tell you which member will win the hearts of the audience, but we can tell you that the audience is the ultimate grand champion!

It’s hard to believe, but this Saturday is the last day of the Cambridge Winter Farmers Market. We’re pretty lucky to live in a city where we can find fresh veggies year round - even in the winter months, which makes us especially sad to say goodbye to the Cambridge Winter Farmers Market this weekend.
Be sure the stop by for one last hoorah complete with fresh vegetables and other culinary goodies from all around New England, music, face painting, and art activities.

We don’t usually include Monday events, but when The Smoke Shopwants to celebrate patio season with the southern favorite, crawfish, we couldn’t think of a better event to extend the weekend festivities.
The family-style boil starts at 6p in Kendall Square with Chef Andy Husbands cooking up crawfish, New Orleans BBQ style Shrimp on Toast, Okra Hush Puppies and Creole Boudin to start the season off with a kick. Wash it all down with a Hurricane!
