A continental breakfast will be served along with fruit, juice and coffee. Lunch includes assorted sandwiches, salads, pastries and refreshments. Those with dietary restrictions should contact hello@masslandlords.net.
Attendees are welcome to wear a mask. Staff are vaccinated, will likely not be masked. To reduce the risk to staff and attendees during this day-long course, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to enter. Masks are optional for those vaccinated. CDC vaccination cards, copies or scans showing completion of an FDA-approved vaccination scheduled at least two weeks earlier are accepted without advance notice. Any app or other documentation produced by a foreign government is accepted with advance notice via email.
Attendees who cannot be vaccinated due to medical reasons should plan to submit a note in advance from a qualified healthcare professional, on their letterhead, that a medical disability is preventing vaccination at this time. A negative COVID test result will be required dated no more than three days prior. Email hello@masslandlords.net to request a secure upload link and bring a printed or scanned test result day-of.
If unvaccinated for any reason other than a medical one, please plan to attend a zoom training event instead. Entry will be denied without proof of vaccination or a previously filed medical exemption. Learn more about vaccines from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
