Super Bowl Sunday at Bambara

To commemorate Super Bowl LVI, Bambara Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel will offer all-you-can-eat 56¢ chicken wings during the big game on Sunday, Feb. 13. Pair the wings with a variety of draft beers, including a Fiddlehead IPA or a Notch Session Pils, while watching the half-time show.

While the game is on, Bambara Executive Chef Adam Resnick will be offering football fans (including all WAGs - it's Valentine's Day weekend after all) four chicken wing flavors. He'll use a sous vide cooking method to ensure that the wings are crispy on the outside and fall-off-the-bone tender on the inside. The four flavors include teriyaki and Korean BBQ (both sous vide in ginger) plus buffalo and cajun dry rub (both sous vide in garlic).
