Secular Meditation Class
Every Friday through August 18 all are invited to join in a guided mediation class to connect with themselves and others—no previous mediation experience necessary! During the session, attendees will have the opportunity to relax and focus their minds, which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. This event is free, but registration is encouraged as space is limited. These weekly sessions are inclusive and secular; they are not affiliated with any particular religion or ideology. Yoga mats are available, but attendees are welcome to bring their own. Please note space for storage is not available, and doors will close ten minutes into the meditation start time.
