Screening of "Round Midnight"

Celebrate the 100th birth year and centennial anniversary of the life and legacy of tenor saxophonist, composer, bandleader and Academy Award-nominated actor Dexter Gordon with a screening of "Round Midnight" on Friday, March 3. Brattle Theatre, Cambridge Arts Council, Cambridge Jazz Foundation and The Dexter Gordon Centennial Project present the 1986 film starring Dexter Gordon, who won a Grammy award for the film's soundtrack. The film will be introduced by his wife Maxine Gordon, author of "Sophisticated Giant: The Life and Legacy of Dexter Gordon."
