Royal Sonesta Boston's Swap for a Cause

Royal Sonesta Boston is proud to partner with East End House during Home for the Holidays. From Thursday, Nov. 25 to Wednesday, Dec. 15 Royal Sonesta Boston will be collecting donations to support the East End House Holiday Drive. East End House community center uses a holistic approach to promote well-being, academic achievement and successful transition to adulthood of children and youth from under-resourced families in Cambridge and surrounding communities. East End House provides support services to a diverse population, from infants to seniors, to strengthen family and community.

Accepted Donations Include:

• Educational games and activity sets for children age zero to 14

• Books for children and youth of all ages

• Warm clothing including coats, hats, mittens, scarves and other winter accessories

• Basic necessities including soap, shampoo and toothpaste

• Holiday gift wrap, scotch tape and bows/ribbons

These items must be in new, unwrapped conditions in order to be accepted.

Those who make a kind donation will receive a surprise envelope that can range from a percentage off in ArtBar to an overnight stay. Prizes vary and are offered simply as a thank you for a donation. Prizes are not meant to recoup the value of any donations provided.
