Pedal Power: Celebrating Community Through Biking

In partnership with HUBLUV, Museum of Science is excited to celebrate the bicycling community on Saturday, Sept. 30. Pedal Power celebrates the engineering, community wellness and environmental benefits of the bicycle ecosystem. Connect with a variety of organizations, learn what they are doing to increase bicycling corridors around Greater Boston plus enhance confidence and knowledge about increasing–or even starting– personal bicycle usage. Check out informational and activity tables throughout the Exhibit Halls based on themes of engineering, community engagement, environment, personal health and safety. Listen to guest speakers, get a bike checkup and even join a community ride to Museum of Science with Bike to the Sea Community Ride. The group ride begins at 9am at Bike Kitchen in Malden. Riders who register in advance will gain free entry to Museum of Science. Bicycle parking will be available. Use the code MOS23BIKE to receive a free single trip in the Bluebikes app.
