Passport to Black-Owned Businesses

Thursday, Feb. 9 and Friday, Feb. 10, Cambridge-Somerville Black Business Network, Cambridge Local First, Sustainable Business Network of MA and American Independent Business Alliance (AMIBA) host Passport to Black-Owned Businesses, a pop-up market in celebration of Black History Month. This event is timed just before Valentine's Day and local Black-owned businesses will be selling gift items including books, clothing, jewelry, artisan soaps, vegan gift treats and more. A digital passport directory will be available to promote Black-owned business vendors throughout the month. The Shop Black-Owned campaign is part of a national campaign and aims to increase spending at Black-owned businesses with priority for Cambridge and Somerville.
