PAGU Sushi and Handroll Classes

Join PAGU for sushi and handroll classes on Saturday, Jan. 20; Sunday, Feb. 4; Sunday, Feb. 18; and Saturday, Feb. 24! Learn how to make various sushi forms and handrolls like a sushi chef. James Beard-nominated Chef Tracy Chang has worked with acclaimed Japanese sushi chefs from o ya Boston, 2008 New York Times' Best Restaurant in the U.S. The PAGU team will share the secrets to making traditional sushi rice and unique sauces found in fine dining restaurants. They'll even teach participants how to torch! Please note this event does not have a physical ticket. When claiming this ticket, please email team@gopagu.com with a screenshot attachment of the order receipt.

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. Children are welcome as ticketed students, and children under 10 must be supervised. Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class. Gluten-free and vegan offerings will be available. PAGU is a nut-free establishment.
