PAGU Hand-Pulled Biang Biang Noodle Classes

Learn how to make hand-pulled noodles from scratch Sunday, Jan. 21; Sunday, Feb. 4; Saturday, Feb. 17; and Sunday, Feb. 25! James Beard-nominated Chef and PAGU Owner Tracy Chang has given lectures on the science of hand-pulled noodles at Harvard, MIT plus Barcelona Science and Cooking World Congress. The PAGU team will dive into the science of hand-pulled noodles. They'll show methods using vacuum-sealing machines as well as recipes that work at home. Please note there is not a physical ticket. When claiming this ticket, please email team@gopagu.com with a screenshot attachment of your order receipt.

This class does not require any previous cooking experience. Children are welcome as ticketed students, and children under 10 must be supervised. Guests will be eating and drinking on site as well as taking food home from the class. Vegan offerings will be available. All noodles contain gluten. PAGU is a nut-free establishment.
