Mortified Doomed Valentine's Day

Join The American Repertroy Theater online on Saturday, Feb. 13 for Mortified’s biggest show of the year: an evening of horn-knee teen diaries, love poems, breakup letters, obsessions with 90s rock gods along with special guests including Kathryn Gallagher ("Jagged Little Pill"), Patrick Lazour ("We Live in Cairo"), Daniel Lazour ("We Live in Cairo") and Sara Porkalob ("Dragon Cycle"). Anything could happen, it’s the internet.

Hailed as a “cultural phenomenon” by Newsweek and celebrated for years by the likes of This American Life, “The Today Show,” The A.V. Club and Entertainment Weekly, Mortified is a comic excavation of teen angst artifacts (journals, poems, letters, lyrics, home movies, schoolwork) as shared by their original authors—in front of total strangers.
