Memorial Day 2025

The City of Cambridge DVS Director Cynthia Harris will emcee the Memorial Day Observance to commemorate the lives of the military members with the assistance of Cambridge Mayor E. Denise Simmons, Vice Mayor Marc McGovern, and City Councilor Ayesha M. Wilson, Co-Chair of the Human Services and Veterans Committee. The keynote speaker is LeVarr Brewster, US Army. Musical selections will be provided by the CRLS (Cambridge Rindge and Latin School) Marching Band.

Family friendly events and entertainment following the ceremony will include Boston Caricature with face painter and caricature artist, and Jonah’s Twisters balloon artist. Entertainment will be provided by Monkeys with Crayons and Uncle Sam Jazz Band. Food and refreshments will be provided by Bouquet Appetit and Perfect Parties.
