Havana Nights: Mark Walker Sextet

Multi-GRAMMY winner Mark Walker brings Afro-Cuban jazz to Regattabar with Havana Nights, featuring special guest vocalist Lizje, on Thursday, Nov. 16. The band also boasts young phenom Samuel Batista as well as veterans Eguie Castrillo, Oscar Stagnaro and Rebecca Cline. Walker is a stalwart of the international jazz scene, having performed long stints with Arturo Sandoval, Paquito D’Rivera, Michel Camilo, Oregon and Lyle Mays. The sextet will thrill audience members as they celebrate the rich legacy of Cuban song in a jazz setting.
