Haunted Tales of the Charles River
Cruise with Charles Riverboat Company as guides elaborate on the eerie sightings, twisted deaths and haunted landmarks along the banks of the Charles River. Their spooky tours run Friday, Oct. 14–Sunday, Oct. 16 and Friday, Oct. 28–Sunday, Oct. 30. Hear stories of Harry Houdini, death by fire plus a horrific murder at Harvard University, all from the safety of the boat. With an onboard bar featuring themed cocktails, even the worst skeptic will enjoy the sunset backdrop, beautiful city views and well-crafted tales. Cambridge Historical Tours will provide a costumed tour guide for every cruise. Cruises begin boarding 15 minutes before departure time. Tickets are $39 for adults and $35 for seniors and students. Cruises depart from the Lechmere Canal Park at the CambridgeSide Mall directly outside the mall's food court. Validated parking is available for $4 at the CambridgeSide Mall.
Please note that this is not a haunted house or haunted ship; this is a narrated tour along the river with some historical and fictional haunted stories. This tour is not recommended for children under the age of 16.
