Harvard Art Museums at Night
Enjoy an evening of art, fun, food and more with Harvard Art Museums at Night on Thursday, April 27! This event is free and open to everyone. Bring friends to mingle in the Calderwood Courtyard, chat over a snack or drink at Jenny’s Cafe and of course, wander the galleries to take in the world-class collections of art, all set to the smooth sounds of local DJ Charles Azagra. Explore the exhibitions "From the Andes to the Caribbean: American Art from the Spanish Empire" and "A World Within Reach: Greek and Roman Art from the Loeb Collection," as well as the recently opened public art installation "Bosco Sodi: Origen." Tours will be available in the galleries throughout the evening. Stop by the Materials Lab, play with flowers and experience nature anew, as part of "Spring," an interactive projection celebrating the end of winter, created by Devon Bryant with assistance from Susan Berstler and Josh Widdicombe. Stop in the museum shop to find creations by local jewelry maker Rina Young. Lamplighter Brewing Co. is the featured local vendor, and Arlington's Magic Bites' delicious Mediterranean parfaits will be available for purchase.
