Gardening Half-Day Program
This program on Monday, Feb. 20 and Wednesday, Feb. 22 is the perfect program for children with a green thumb or those who love nature! This half-day program is designed for tweens 10 and older to learn and create a kokedama and succulent terrarium. They will even learn about fresh floral arranging. Attendees will walk away feeling relaxed, confident and proud of what they made themselves. They'll also learn about different plants, how to care for them and how the environment impacts a plant's growth. Hosted by a trained florist and a Master Gardener, this program is sure to satisfy and educate at the same time. All materials are included and registration is required. This session will break halfway through for snacks and stretching. It is recommended that participants pack a snack and beverage or purchase a snack from a CambridgeSide restaurant.
