Forest Bathing at Mount Auburn Cemetery

Wednesday, June 21 join guest guide Stefanie Haug (LICSW) in exploring Mount Auburn Cemetery with Forest Bathing, offered at two times. Slow down, use the senses to be attentive to nature and gain an appreciation for this special slice of Cambridge. This experience will include simple warm-up movements, a natural history of the area, mindful walking with sensory activities, finding a nature meditation/sit spot plus guided breathing and centering awareness. This experience is part of Mount Auburn Cemetery's Summer SOLSTICE event. Check-in for the experience will be outside Story Chapel. Guests are encouraged to wear layered clothing and comfortable shoes. They should also bring water and a towel or small mat to sit on.
