ECBA Chicken Run

The East Cambridge Business Association (ECBA) is proud to present the inaugural Chicken Run Fresh 1 Mile road race on Sunday, Nov. 20. This is a fun, fast and flat USATF certified one mile run up Cambridge Street, starting at Lechmere Square and ending in Inman Square. All skill levels are welcome and costumes are encouraged. Register online and receive a free Chicken Run long sleeve shirt. Cross the finish line and have a few celebratory brews from Cambridge Brewing Co. in the Inman Square East Cambridge Savings Bank parking lot. Then head on to one of many Cambridge Street restaurants for an array of chicken dishes like chicken wings, chicken nachos, fried chicken and more. Be even more iconic than the sign that inspired it all and come dressed in costume. Prizes for the “Biggest Flock,” “Smallest Peeps,” “Fastest Chickens” and, of course, the best costume.
