Easter Brunch at Bambara

Sunday, April 9, Bambara Kitchen & Bar at Kimpton Marlowe Hotel debuts an Easter Sunday brunch menu. In addition to the special offerings, an a la carte Easter special option is also available featuring a grilled lamb skewer plate with jasmine rice, mint chermoula and Swiss chard. Kiddos can sip a festive and classic Shirley Temple garnished with a marshmallow Peep. Reservations are recommended. Executive Chef Adam Resnick's favorite Easter Sunday menu items include:

• Wagyu brisket hash with caramelized onions and salsa verde, featuring Westholme Wagyu from Australia

• Eggs Benedicts with cod cakes, heritage ham or tomato and spinach

• Classic buffalo chicken sandwich with ranch and house made thick cut fries

• Banana, berry and mango smoothies
