
CX Fit - EveryBody Fights with Adrian Bispham
In this 45-minute session, participants will fuse boxing techniques with strength-building intensity. The class alternates between high-energy combinations and targeted resistance movements designed to challenge the entire body.
Free outdoor fitness classes are held every Wednesday at 6 PM and Saturday at 10 AM at Cambridge Crossing.
The schedule features a mix of new offerings and returning favorites, suitable for all experience levels. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and a positive attitude.
