
CX Fit - Bootcamp with Tim Khanoyan
Tim Khanoyan, will lead participants through a total-body workout using bodyweight and/or using various equipment in a circuit training fashion. Expect to sweat, and smile :) Classes may include kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands, medicine balls, agility ladders, etc. Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.
This class is FREE and designed for all levels.

Join CX Fit for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing. The schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All guests need to bring is themselves, a yoga mat, and water.
