Cambridge Symphony Orchestra Presents: Petrushka
On Saturday, June 18, the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra marries sonic serenity with storytelling in this delightful program featuring Beethoven’s Violin Concerto and Stravinsky’s "Petrushka"—the tale of a Russian folk puppet who is brought to life and burdened by troublesome human emotions. Alexander Velinzon will play the violin. Tickets can be purchased online. The Cambridge Symphony Orchestra thanks the Massachusetts Cultural Council for supporting their 2021-22 season.
