
Cambridge Meditation Group
Start the weekend feeling fresh and centered on Fridays, April 14–May 26 with a guided meditation class. During the session, attendees will have the opportunity to relax and focus their minds, which can help reduce stress and anxiety. These free, inclusive sessions are not affiliated with any particular religion or ideology. Participation is limited, and registration is encouraged. Yoga mats will be available for those who do not wish to bring their own. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Masks are optional, and doors will close 10 minutes past the start time. Those who wish to connect further with peers are invited to mingle at Tatte Bakery at 318 Third St. following the session. Please note food costs are not included, and seating at Tatte is not guaranteed.
