Black Women's History Stroll

During Women's History Month in March, learn about Black women who have shaped Cambridge via the Black Women's History Stroll created by the Cambridge History Museum. The panels honor women of color who blazed trails in Cambridge, who lived life on their own terms and who changed this world for the better. See the exhibit in storefronts at the Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave.; 500 Massachusetts Ave. block; and 425 Massachusetts Ave. block.

The Black Women's History Stroll is supported by City Councillor E. Denise Simmons, the Cambridge City Manager's Office, Cambridge Citywide Senior Center, Cambridge Arts, the Central Square Business Improvement District, the League of Women for Community Service, Twining Properties' Market Central and Morris Nagar Properties / 3MJ Realty.
