Lovestruck Books is thrilled to welcome author Kate Spencer on Monday, July 21 for an unforgettable evening of romance, rivalry, and laughter in celebration of her latest novel, All’s Fair in Love and Pickleball. This heartwarming and hilarious rom-com follows a sunshiney optimist and her longtime rival as they’re forced to team up in a high-stakes pickleball tournament—where sparks begin to fly both on and off the court. Kate will be joined in conversation by Meredith Goldstein, the Boston Globe’s beloved “Love Letters” columnist, promising a lively discussion full of wit, wisdom, and behind-the-scenes insights into the book. With a grumpy/sunshine dynamic, a fabulous friend group of retirees, fake dating, enemies-to-lovers chemistry, and just the right amount of spice, All’s Fair in Love and Pickleball is the ultimate summer read. Tickets are limited, so early registration is encouraged. In the event of a sellout, a waitlist will be available. If a spot opens up, those on the waitlist will have 24 hours to claim it before it's offered to the next person.
Check-in will take place at the front entrance on Brattle Street. For guests with accessibility needs, a wheelchair-accessible side entrance with a ramp is available on the right side of the building.
