After-School Animal Encounters: Weird Eaters

Think about the way humans eat and chew. Now, imagine a huge bullfrog, a sea star or even a scorpion. How do they eat? As March is Nutrition Month in the U.S., it’s the perfect time to meet live animals as well as explore creatures’ diets plus eating habits. Join human museum staffers Javier and Ryan on Wednesday, March 3 for a 45-minute program for families to get a close look at some weird eaters. Advanced registration is required for this free virtual event presented by the Harvard Museum of Natural History and Harvard Museums of Science & Culture.
