This 45 minute class for all levels incorporates a fun and challenging vinyasa flow followed by beautiful guided meditation. Leave feeling calm and relaxed for whatever the rest of the day has in store. Bring a mat, a bottle of water plus any props that will help while practicing.
Join Cambridge Crossing for a CX Fit series of fitness classes featuring monthly giveaways plus DJs spinning every weekend.
