A Season of Illuminating Dance: A Toast and Kick-Off

Join The Dance Complex in a free, informal celebration on Friday, Oct. 6 to welcome the coming season's events, performances plus resident and visiting teaching artists. The gathering will include a taste of one of their new series of events, Friday Night Light. Doors will open with special mini-dance lessons from some of the resident teaching artists as well as the opportunity to take to the dance floor. Additional surprises are being planned, including the growing roster of artists joining this season for performance, for conversation and for the ongoing learning of dance from cultures the world over. A sparkling toast will be provided, with other beverages for purchase.
