...and head over to the Multicultural Arts Center for three days of concerts that will take you around the world -- without ever having to leave Cambridge.
Kick off the concert series with Sol y Canto performing Latin roots music on Tuesday, followed by the Duppy Conquerors -- A Bob Marley Tribute Band -- on Wednesday. A Meta Movements Salsa Party will end the series on Thursday.

If your normal exercise routine is getting a little boring, we have the perfect workout series for you that is sure to shake things up. Every Wednesday evening this summer, the Hotel Marlowe in East Cambridge will be hosting a series of exercise classes outside in their gorgeous courtyard. The Hotel Marlowe is only steps away from the Lechmere, Kendall and Science Park T stops, making this a no-brainer for fitting in your workout all summer long.

Thursday nights just got more exciting this summer thanks to DivcoWest and the East Cambridge Business Association. Every Thursday evening this July, you’ll be treated to live music and lawn games accompanied by a revolving lineup of local breweries and food trucks.
This week enjoy sounds from The Family Township and Sun Parade, while you sip local brews from Lamplighter Brewing Company and Bantam Cider. The lineup wouldn’t be complete without Boston BBQ, Stoked Wood, Fired Pizza Co., and the Whoo(pie) Wagon serving up mouth-watering eats.

One of the many reasons that we love Cambridge is because there are always opportunities to learn more about our unique slice of the world and those who lived in it. This Saturday, attend a house tour and eulogy of one of Cambridge’s most well-known figures, Fanny Longfellow. You’ll learn more about Fanny’s life and then visit her final resting place for a wreath laying ceremony.

We don’t usually include Tuesday events on our Weekend Guide, but when they’re as exciting as this next one, there’s no way we could not include this next event. On Tuesday, July 18th attend an event that will stimulate both your mind and your taste buds. Join the MIT Museum for Food for Thought, a progressive dinner adventure around Central Square, followed by a beer bash at the MIT Museum, which includes late night access to the museum.
