Cambridge River Festival

Join us for the 34th Annual Cambridge River Festival. This free, one-day celebration of the arts along the banks of the Charles River (Memorial Drive between JFK Street and Western Avenue) attracts nearly 200,000 festival-goers annually. The Cambridge River Festival features multiple stages of live local and national jazz, folk and roots music, dance, poetry and theater performances. Entertainment at the Cambridge River Festival also includes interactive, family, art-making activities, workshops, and demonstrations. While taking in these sights and sounds, browse through a market of unique arts & crafts, and enjoy a grand assortment of international foods and traditional festival fare. The Cambridge River Festival has become a much-anticipated celebration of the Cambridge arts scene, produced by the Cambridge Arts Council, the city’s official arts agency.
